I just returned from the best trip in California and I have so many cool experiences to share with you guys over the coming weeks. I may just have to blog every single day or I will at least try to. As you know the weather in California is always sunny so bringing Autumn fashion trends to life can be a bit of a task. I went to Napa with a friend for some wine tasting and I decided to wear this cute Chicwish dress as it’s such a perfect dress for a sunny Autumn day. I mean it was like 100 degrees in Napa on that day however despite the dress being super light and airy, its dark colored stripes are making this a must have a dress for Autumn, especially if you live in a warmer climate. Or even on a warm day in Europe.
I really enjoy layering and Autumn is a perfect time to start wearing little warmer clothes. But if you luckily find yourself not knowing what to wear on a warm Autumn day or during the transitional period, then this is a perfect solution. Opt for darker colors and stripes, burgundy colour is always a good choice and a starting point. I styled my Chicwish dress with black lace-up sandals from ASOS but I also thin cute flats or trainers would do a good job. I wore my Chanel WOC and Stella McCartney oversized shades to keep the sun away from the eye area.
All in all, this dress was a perfect choice for the occasion and I really love how comfortable it makes me feel when I wear it. Alos the off the shoulder makes it a perfect trend lead piece to have in your wardrobe.
