Ping Pong at the Bounce Holborn

Bounce Holborn

Hello everyone,

What a gloomy day it is today in London but never mind, I had a great day yesterday shooting my new outfits to show you guys. I shopped a lot this month 🙂

On Saturday, it was Stephanie’s birthday and Helen organised a little get together at the Bounce Holborn for a late lunch and a game of ping pong. If you’ve followed me from the start then you’ll remember that Stephanie and I went to Burger and Lobster last year, this was at the very start of my blog and my photography skills weren’t all that but I’m happy to see that I have improved on that front and come a rather long way regarding the quality of the picture content.

Anyway, without much delay, we met at around 3 pm for lunch and a long overdue catch-up. We all get so busy with work that sometimes you leave it a while before getting together with your friends, but the most important thing is that you keep those relationships alive as friendships are everything. Helen kindly organised everything and we had so much fun chatting away about all the girly troubles and life in general. We played a game of ping pong and it was so much fun.

Bounce located on 121 Holborn, is a really large venue with the restaurant at one end and the ping pong tables spread out across the venue. There is also a private room with more ping pong tables which are great for companies that want to do some team building or a private function.

There was a few stag do’s and fancy dress party groups, as well as a few birthdays and some couples on a date which mean that Bounce is quite versatile and it can accommodate any occasion. I wouldn’t say it’s great for a quiet night out as it’s usually quite busy but it’s super fun and very sociable.

The food was good too, I had a Roast & pulled shoulder of Suffolk Lamb and the girls had pizzas. The food was tasty but quite average, our waiter was really nice and the service was super quick, cocktails were up to the girls as I wasn’t drinking.

The only downside I’d say is the service outside the restaurant which wasn’t the friendliest, however; if you are after a venue that has that social kick and offers a fun activity, then I say this is the perfect place.

I hope you guys enjoyed this review and as always leave a comment as I love hearing from you.
