A few days stay at F Zeen Kefalonia

F Zeen Kefalonia is the latest addition to my unique boutique hotel’s list which I obviously had to share with you. Located near the Lourdata beach on the south coast of Kefalonia, F Zeen is a great place for everyone who is looking to escape a hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a few days in the sun.

The retreat has only 28 rooms and a focus on wellness, mind-body and soul. We visited right at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty quiet, however, after speaking to a few local, everybody advised that September is the best month to visit. With its small amount of rooms, F Zeen is still pretty perfect for anybody looking to take a few days out and chill in the sun. The pool area is so beautiful that I couldn’t help but take tonnes of pictures. Every morning, the breakfast is served around the pool overlooking the Ionian sea. This was actually my favourite part as Greek food is the best in the world. I indulged in fresh fruit, greek yoghurt nad fresh honey all sourced and grown on the island.

I managed to do some yoga on one of the mornings, and the F Zeen has a perfect setting for it. Their yoga and gym area are located above the hotel,  surrounded by trees and birds chippering overlooking the ocean. This put me even more at ease. On the days I wasn’t busy eating, you could find me by the pool sipping Mojitos and Pina Coladas. The service here is so attentive and they made sure we were ok at all times. Greek hospitality is amazing and it really makes the country one of my favourites to visit. I managed to book a seaweed wrap manicure on one of the days which was really cool to experience as I never had a manicure laying down.

My room at F Zeen was nothing short of zen too. The beige colour gives the interior another level of a chill vibe. The shower was right in the middle of it too which made it quite cool and unique. I just love the sound of the ocean coming through the windows, it really puts me at a relaxation state and ready to tackle the day ahead. I managed to do some work which actually didn’t even feel like work as I felt quite relaxed.

All in all, F Zeen is a great hotel if you are looking to fully relax and focus on your wellness. The setting is so beautiful and service well attentive that you will feel spoiled.
