The Holidays are officially over and I hope you all had an amazing time. I went to Copenhagen for a few days with my sister and it was so lovely to change the scene for a little bit and spend some quality time together. I have a few posts from Copenhagen lined up as the city is so beautiful so I couldn’t help myself but to take a few pictures along the way. However, firstly I’m sharing a post about the hotel we stayed in – Andersen Boutique Hotel.
Andersen Boutique Hotel is located in the trendy Vesterbro area which is pretty much Shoreditch of Copenhagen filled with awesome bars and restaurants which are just a throw away from the hotel. So handy if you are looking to go out and enjoy the lively nightlife that Copenhagen has to offer. The hotel is also a short 5 minute walk from the central station and pretty much 20 minutes away from the airport which we found extremely helpful. Train from and to the airport every 8 minutes at mere £3.5 each way. Also, the hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Tivoli Garden which I particularly enjoyed and will share a post about it next week.
Andersen Boutique Hotel lobby interior design was so cool with Perspex chairs and comfy sofas with pops of pink throughout. There is an Honest Bar in the lobby as well where you serve yourself a drink and write it down on a sheet of paper. Wine hour is every day 5-6 where you can enjoy a glass of red by their fireplace which was one of my favourite features in the hotel. Copenhagen was so cold with ghastly winds throughout our stay so sitting by the fireplace after the whole day of exploring was extremely pleasant and enjoyable.
We stayed in their Junior Suite which was quite spacious and super comfy all decorated in grey and dark shades of pink. Some of their rooms are also decorated in blue so I’m sure you can state your preference given that there is availability. The room comes with a fast Wi-Fi connection and flat screens with movable wall mountings so you can turn the TV to face the bed and they show English TV channels. There is also a mini bar and Molton Brown toiletries, which is always a nice plus. I filmed a tour video to show you guys around the lobby and the room little better.
In addition, a breakfast buffet is complimentary so we made sure that we lined our bellies before heading out to explore this beautiful city. I will try and share my guide this week.
All in all, we had a great stay and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained all the areas that we should see and supplied us with the map to make it even easier for us to explore Copenhagen.
I hope you guys are not struggling much today! Have a good week everyone.

I am such a fan of boutique hotels as I am such a sucker for well-done interior design. This place looks absolutely incredible and I would love to stay at a place like this!

I always prefer staying at boutique hotels rather than chained-brand ones, because I love small, well-decorated places, that give a feeling of privacy:) Needless to say, I am in love with this hotel, and if I travel to Copenhagen, I would definitely check it out. Thank you for sharing these beautiful photos and Happy New Year!
