My Journaling Practice for Energy Increase

We all have areas in our lives that drain our energy, whether it’s people, places, or situations. To reclaim our power and pour energy back into ourselves, it’s important to take a mindful approach to wellness. That’s where journaling comes in.

In this post I wanted to share my journaling practice, and journaling prompts that I use every time I need an energy increase. I like to do my journaling first thing in the morning after my meditation however this practice can be done at any time. Especially if you feel like you may be out of a flow.

I like to start by identifying three areas of your life that are leaking your energy. Then, make a list of actionable steps to detach from these drains and pour that energy back into yourself. This could include practicing mindfulness, setting boundaries, or engaging in self-care activities.

In addition to identifying energy drains, focus on what gives you hope and what you are grateful for. Engaging in hopeful and grateful thinking can help shift your frequency and bring more contentment and flow into your life.

To help make this week the best it can be, come up with three actionable steps to take care of yourself and increase your overall well-being. This could include setting aside time for meditation or exercise, eating a nourishing diet, or practicing self-affirmations each morning.

By focusing on what drains our energy, and taking proactive steps to reclaim our power, we can increase our frequency and live a more fulfilling life. So why not give this journaling practice a try and see how it can positively impact your mind, body, and soul.
