Qi treatment preventing fatigue, pain and depression with Master Oh

Happy Friday everyone! This week’s beauty post is a little different to my usual type of post on skincare and makeup. I decided to look into the beauty from within using a form of energy healing which is so good for so many things including reducing the symptoms of physical pain, fatigue and that well known depression that London or any big city can impose on us.

Recently I have been suffering from constant tiredness, as well as back pain. Most days all I want to do is just go to bed and have a ‘chilled one’ which as a lifestyle blogger is not the best approach to life. The lack of energy is a serious problem and I thought it was important that I share my energy healing treatment experience with you guys. We all have an energy centre or, as healers at the Qi Wellness Centre call it, ‘a battery in our abdomen’ that is in charge of circling the energy around our bodies which makes us function properly as human beings. Unfortunately, living in cities such as London we get exposed to pollution and other elements that decrease our energy making us feel tired, stressed and showing symptoms of depression in the worst cases.

The Ladies at the Qi wellness center were so nice to us, they helped us understand the whole treatment and answered all the question we had.

Unfortunately living in the cities such as London we get exposed to pollution and other elements that decrease our energy making us feel tired, stressed and in the worst cases showing symptoms of depression.
I had my treatment with Master Oh who believes that by developing our innate good and compassionate heart we can not only bring health and happiness into our lives, but also bring peace and harmony into our world. Master Oh has been practicing energy healing for over 30 years and I when I met him I felt strangely at easy. The treatment involved a combination of acupressure and sound wherein Master Oh used the energy healing technique to stimulate the energy and blood flow around my body. He used the breathing technique to create a sound vibration which helps transmit Qi into the energy system of our bodies. I left the room slightly jaded and my back pain was totally gone for a good few days. I also felt quite tired for the rest of the day and I allowed my body to rest after the treatment.

Qi treatments can help relieve tension and stress, detoxify the body and have a calming effect on the mind. Master Oh advised me that despite the physical efforts to look after oneself, i.e eating healthy, drinking water and exercising (which are all considered fuel to our energy system), we need to look after ourselves emotionally to allow us to spread the love into the world. He told me that emotions should never affect you in a negative way and if it does it’s a sign that you need to slow down and focus on your inner wellbeing.

I hope you enjoy this post. Have you ever had any similar treatments yourself?

  1. I have never tried anything like this but it sounds like something I would really like. I am really glad it helped you – I recognize the tiredness you are talking about. I am usually exhausted when I get home from work and my yoga evening yoga class. It’s just not very fun when you have a blog you still wish you had the energy to work on. Perhaps I’ll give qi treatmeant a try if I can find it in Denmark. Thanks for sharing, Tania 🙂

      Aw thanks doll x

  2. Given the work pressure I’m under, yes I do need a Qi treatment right now omg. The nearest thing I’ve had was Thai massage. It improved blood circulation and ‘unclogs’ our veins and relaxed tight muscles and joints. Fabulous!
