Malibu is such a beautiful and relaxing place that I’m super happy to have gotten a chance to visit. This post actually is thanks to a recommendation by my lovely reader Ash Real As it Gets and I’m so happy that I listened and visited the Paradise Beach Cove Cafe in Malibu.
Malibu has so many beautiful beaches and is a surfers paradise, well I think so at least. Just under an hour drive from LA, Malibu is a perfect place to come out and have a lovely lunch and walk on a beach. We arrived at a Paradise Beach Cove Cafe after a hike to a Griffith Observatory which has the best views of LA and the Hollywood Sign, we were extremely hungry and eager to eat up a storm. We also went out the night before, so a feast was in order.
Because we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the view of the Ocean, we had to wait for a table. This didn’t take too long, maybe just under 30 minutes but the restaurant is super busy especially on the outside. The interior is so cool, filled with black and white photos of the stars and celebrities that visited Paradise Cove Beach in Malibu that include Taylor Swift. The food looked so delicious and portions were massive so perfect to share. We opted for a salad bar buffet which was packed with fresh ingredients including seafood. Service was amazing and our waiter encouraged us to have second servings, which we obviously did. We also opted for a desert which was a massive mistake as the portion was enormous even when you share. We washed everything down nicely with a bottle of Corona.
After your delicious lunch with went for a walk along the water. The scenery of Malibu is just breathtaking and I took a few photos to show you guys. This was such a fun day out that I highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to California.
This is probably my last post from California so I really hope you guys enjoyed the content I created from my travels. I’m off to Belfast next Friday and I can’t wait to share that trip with you.
Have a great weekend.

Yay! So happy that you took my advice, I went back there for my birthday last September and it was amazing! Very crowded, so I couldn’t take loads of pictures of the beach without it being disruptive. You’re lucky that there weren’t many people around! x
